The 2nd Rossendale Scout Group Brass Band is the Band which has the honour of playing in Windsor Castle for the National Queen’s Scout Parade on Sunday the 20th April 2008.
On the Saturday evening, 19th April at 7.30pm, South East Berkshire Fellowship have arranged for the Band to give a Concert performance in Windsor Parish Church (next to the Guildhall) in the High Street at £5 per ticket.
31 Members of the South East Berkshire Scout Fellowship enjoyed a pleasant evening at their Annual Dinner at Buratta's Restaurant in Twyford.

The Fellowship started the 2007 Centenary Year with a Dinner at Buratta's, and assisted in many District Events during the special year including the Sponsored Walk round Windsor Great Park for Comic Relief, many Cub Events, the St George's Day Service, The District Centenary Camp, held walks, visited the Jamboree and the National Scout & Guide Orchestral Concert in Suffolk in August and some members also attended the world Premiere peformance of the specially commissioned Symphony "The Great Adventire" covering 100 years of Scouting in Music. Members also attended a performance of Live 07 at the 02 Arena (formerly the Millenium Dome).
Assistance was also given at the final event of the busy year in the District - The Centenary Party for all members of South East Berkshire District. A good time was had by all.
